DESIGN & BUILD EXPERIENCE

We offer two building paths to meet timeline, investment and design goals: Signature & Legacy. Our team will help guide you down the path that best fits your homebuilding goals. We offer virtual or in-person meetings at the comfort of each client, renderings & walkthroughs, on-staff selection coordinators and in-house design center, and communication through the build of the home via BuilderTrend. THe DESIGN & BUILD PROCESS

1. CONSULTATION & DESIGN
In an initial meeting, our experienced Sales Team works with you to uncover plan design needs, features, and budget goals. We continue to work with you to finalize your home plans for contract & permitting.
2. CONTRACT, SELECTIONS, PERMITS
Once your home plans are finalized and contracts are signed, your designated Design Consultant will help you achieve your aesthetic goals through meetings in our on-site design center for exterior & interior color selections. The team will also submit for all permits needed for the build.
3. DIG DAY!
Once permits are in-hand and you've closed on your construction loan, it’s time for DIG DAY! Your Project Manager & Field Tech team manages the build phase and communicates updates through the BuilderTrend app.
4. MOVE-IN DAY
As your home is nearing completion, you will have a walkthrough with our warranty team prior to closing. You project manager will hold a new home orientation at your home and hand you the keys to your new home for move-in day!
5. WARRANTY
After move-in day, our warranty management team will handle any questions.
